Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5th November 2025

This page explains (1) the terms on which we sell products via sthlmkb.com and (2) how we collect and use personal data.

We’ve put it on one page so it’s easier to find. If you have any questions, email us at hej@sthlmkb.com

1. About us

STHLM kb AB
Ploggatan 5, 116 34 Stockholm, Sweden
Org. no: 559416-4666
VAT no: SE559416466601
Email: hej@sthlmkb.com

2. What we do

We sell kits, PCBs and electronic components for building mechanical keyboards and related projects.
Products are intended for hobbyists and may require soldering or other DIY work.

3. Using the website

By using or ordering from sthlmkb.com, you accept these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

4. Ordering and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. You’ll receive an order-confirmation email once we get it.
We may cancel an order if stock information was wrong, payment failed, or we cannot ship to your country.
We ship worldwide except to a few countries where service or restrictions prevent it. If we can’t ship to you, we’ll refund you.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page.
For EU/Swedish customers, VAT is included where shown. For some other countries we also collect taxes at point of sale.
Customers outside the EU may owe local customs or import taxes not collected by us.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe or PayPal — we don’t store your full card details.
If a price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund you.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship mainly with PostNord.
Most shipments are tracked; smaller or low-value ones may be untracked to keep costs down.
Delivery times depend on your location and carrier.
Once we hand the parcel to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.
Untracked orders can’t receive in-transit updates.

7. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

We follow a standard, consumer-friendly approach.
Full details and instructions are on: https://sthlmkb.com/refund_returns/
Generally, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/Swedish law, but exceptions apply (for example, used or soldered items).
Our returns page explains the details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on sthlmkb.com (text, images, product descriptions, logos) belongs to STHLM kb AB
or is used with permission. You may not copy or redistribute it without our consent.

9. Liability

Our products are DIY and electronics-related. You are responsible for safe and correct use.
To the extent allowed by Swedish law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing here limits rights that consumers have under mandatory Swedish/EU law.
